Maison très agréable bien isolée même si il fait 42 dehors on le ressent pas à l'intérieur de la maison Elle est idéalement placé à deux pas du marché,a à peine 5 minutes du centre-ville à pied ,un Leclerc à 2 km et très bien placé pour aller faire le Cap Ferret à 25 km de là ,où aller du côté d'Arcachon par contre la plage à côté c'est pas vraiment une plage certes il y a une bande de sable le problème c'est que quand la mer se retire ce n'est que de la boue aux pieds et on se baigne au milieu des bateaux privilégier plutôt les plages côté Andernos Arcachon ou le Cap Ferret On peux prendre le bateau à Arcachon ou Cap-Ferret pour visiter l'île aux oiseaux les cabanes tranquilles la dune du Pilat par la voix maritime ou faire des allers-retours en bateau d'Arcachon au Cap Ferret Le bassin d'Arcachon est très agréable certes il y a full par la voie routière mais heureusement la voie maritime reste disponible Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Arcachon au Cap Ferret

Nous avons passé d excellente vacance dans cette maison idéalement située,au calme et assez spacieuse avec un très beau jardin clôturé( idéal pour notre chien) parc aux alentours pour de bonnes promenades avec notre chien . Le jardin est très agréable assez grand néanmoins pour pouvoir plus en profiter le pin mériterai une petite coupe! ( les branches du bas ) Bref vous passerez un très agréable moment dans cette maison très chaleureuse où tout est fait avec goût

Charmante maison au calme
Villa très bien clôturée pour les chiens c’est le bonheur ! Cette villa se trouve dans une rue au calme et les courses peuvent être faites à pieds ! Quant à la mer 200 m et c’est un paysage super sur le Bassin ! Je recommande cet endroit paisible !

Grand jardin et petit garage pour les vélos. Cuisine bien équipée. L’emplacement de la maison permet de visiter les principaux villages selon les pôles d’intérêt de chacun. ( cabanes bordure du Bassin avec dégustation d’huîtres , balades forêt, plages immenses sur Océan , plusieurs sites protection nature et oiseaux…)

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour: maison propre, bien agencée, bien équipée, au calme. Elle est idéalement située permettant de profiter des commerces de proximités et des restaurants à pieds. Tout n’était pas parfait
Nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour la remise des clés sous une chaleur de 42 degrés avec plusieurs intervenants. Nous sommes partis le mercredi matin pour cause de maladie . La literie est d’un bon niveau mai les oreillers ne sont pas confortables Il n’en demeure pas moins que la maison est agréable même si le garage n’est pas exploitable et on doit noter que des insectes volants et rampants rentrent par une bouche d’aération dans une chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est discutable, les photos sont flatteuses.

Un souci de nettoyage à notre arrivée, mais la villa est agreable. Le jardin est joli et bien situé pour profiter du soleil. La Villa est bien placée pour visiter le cap ferret et le bassin d'arcachon. Arès est un joli village,avec ses commercants et son marché.

La maison est confortable, 3 vraies chambres. L'ensemble est propre, un peu vintage. La salle de bain est assez grande et récente. Le jardin est top et bien équipé (salon, transats,barbecue) ! On peut ranger 3 voitures dans l'allée. Le tout très bien situé dans le village au calme et sur le bassin. Séjour agréable.

super séjour
Emplacement idéal pour se promener autour du bassin d'Arcachon. La mer est toute proche mais on ne peut guère s'y baigner. Pour se baigner il vaut mieux aller sur l'océan ou sur Arcachon. Mais il y a de nombreuses promenades en bicyclette vers Cap Ferret ou Andernos. Et il y a plein d'autres activités à faire à proximité ( kayak, paddle...). La maison est super agréable avec un très beau jardin bien vert même par 35°! reposant pour les yeux et un plaisir bien agréable aussi pour y faire la sieste. Le quartier est très calme sauf jour de marché une fois par semaine. Le marché est au pied de la maison. Nous n'avons passé qu'une semaine trop courte dans la maison. Tout a été parfait sinon qu'il serait utile d'avoir un rideau de douche pour éviter la pataugoire dans le défilé des douches... Dans la cuisine, il manque aussi une grande poêle et un 2ème grand fait-tout (difficile de faire la cuisine en quantité pour nourrir des ados affamés !). La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Location idéale pour un séjour repos et tourisme
Une location conforme en tous points avec le descriptif, un intérieur moderne et confortable joliment décoré, villa bien entretenue. La rénovation de cette villa est une réussite avec une cuisine équipée, des rangements conséquents dans les chambres et une bonne literie, une salle de bain spacieuse avec belle douche à l'italienne. A l'extérieur on peut profiter de l'ombre d'un grand épicéa toute la journée sur les transats. Un jardinier entretient la pelouse et les nombreuses variétés de fleurs (hortensias, rosiers, chèvrefeuille, lauriers roses. Les voisins qui habitent cette rue très calme, sont des résidents permanents très sympas. L’accueil est effectué sur place par le personnel d'une agence très aimable et de bons conseils. Les contacts avec les propriétaires se sont montrés courtois, agréables; des personnes charmantes et fort sympathiques. En résumé des vacances reposantes et un séjour des plus agréables.
