"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Genovese. Parking was simple and straight forward. The view from our room and balcony was simply unreal. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed dinner from the hotel restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. "This was not what we originally booked, we booked a hotel with a pool & restaurant, 3 weeks before I was informed the hotel had changed is name & the link provided to their website still stated a pool & restaurant. Upon arrival we found no pool & restaurant & was still charged the same price with these facilities short! Shame we were misled in this way as the property was nice & the gardens & hot tub were nice! "This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back. "

"A lovely spot , the apartments themselves are placed in a perfect position for a short stroll to the beach ( hilly) . The room was expected for 3 star , great size , functional but basic , one of the showers didn’t work - wasn’t a problem as there was only 2 of us but not ideal if you had a family . We had no knives in the kitchen and the safe didn’t work - this was all easily rectified by reception but they should really have a basic itinerary for the rooms before you check in . The room had a lovely side sea view and was very peaceful . We had breakfast one morning , 17 euro each but had a great choice of food . The restaurant and bar was closed which was a great shame … it would have been nice to have some facilities on site . Nice place it could do with a refresh of the rooms but was perfectly placed for a stunning beach break away . "

"Really lovely stay Had a room over the harbour so saw the Bastille day fireworks from the balcony. Some extra special staff - we travel a lot and they were 110%. Special thank you to Marc especially who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay.Nothing was too much trouble He also recommended some fabulous places to eat - all excellent value. Anastasia was also extremely helpful and welcoming Lovely exceptional staff - thank you "
