Panoramic villa with swimming pool, facing the sea

Ideal for those who love peaceful places immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with a wonderful view of the sea. The villa has a large swimming pool, covered in stone in some areas, a large garden and a covered porch with movable windbreak curtains, a small pine forest with a hammock; it is furnished in a rustic style and can accommodate up to 6 / + 2 more extra people. two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed,. Kitchen equipped for what is needed in a house by the sea, barbecue, plus two bathrooms, one of which is outside the house, you can use an outdoor shower heated. The porch is very large where it is possible to set up breakfast, lunch and dinner in any climatic situation.
At about 100 meters you reach the sea, where you can choose from a myriad of pebbly and rocky coves suitable for being alone, otherwise at one km there is the large Pistis beach very popular with all services (umbrellas, fish restaurant kiosk , music) lifeguard included. The villa is in a strategic point to make some half-day trips to the south towards the green coast (Piscinas, cala Domestica) and to the north in the Gulf of Oristano (Tharros, Is Arutas, archaeological museum of Cabras with the giants of Monte Prama .

A perfect place for wonderful holidays
The place was just perfect for us. Davide and Massimo are extremely nice hosts and take care a lot. Thanks to both of you. The property is exactly as shown and in real even better. The view is gorgeous and the surroundings very calm and not touristic at all. Pistis beach is 5 min away and beautiful. We just had a wonderful stay and do fully recommend this property.

Wonderful site, great pool, comfortable beds.
You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay.

Really worth a trip!
Davide and his brother were very caring, the house was clean with a beautiful view and a fantastic pool. The beach in Pistis/Torre dei Corsari is just amazing! Unfortunately, due to the weather in autumn/fall we had 3 blackouts, which was a bit annoying but was taken care of quite fast. To be fair, the hosts are not to blame, but this should be mentioned in the object's description in case of travelling there in autumn/fall. All in all, this place is really beautiful and worth a visit!

Tolle Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön ist die sehr große überdachte Terrasse und das gesamte Grundstück. Wir waren zwei Familien und haben die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und dem Pool verbracht. Bei Temperaturen um 20-25 Grad war es im Haus immer gut temperiert. Die Küche ist etwas älter, aber alles ist zum Kochen vorhanden. Ein Toaster wäre noch prima. Der nahe (1km) Strand ist sehr schön. Wir danken Davide und Massimo für ihre Freundlichkeit.

We had a very nice stay in a very nice location with a beautiful swimming pool... and with a fantastic view. We fully recommend this location because of its nice house, the magnificent view on the sea and the quiet environment. Sehr schönes Fereinhaus
Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub bestens geeignet. Entweder den großen Pool genießen, oder einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang ans Meer unternehmen und den NATO-Strand für sich alleine haben! Mehr geht nicht! Ausstattung: Alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu fünft da, es hat ans nichts gefehlt. Danke an Davide und seinen Bruder.

Schönes Haus - erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, liegt etwas abseits von einem kleinen Ort. Das große Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. War für uns perfekt, da wir mit zwei Hunden angereist sind. Der Pool ist sauber und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch. Der schöne weitläufige Sandstrand ist etwa 1km entfernt. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Herrlich ruhiges Ferienhaus, auch für Familien
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in dem großen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es ist abgelegen und dennoch ist man in 5-10 min zu Fuß am Meer zum Schnorcheln oder Baden (Felsenküste). Wenn man noch 10 min mehr läuft, kommt man an einen kleine Touristensiedlung mit einem schönen Sandstrand. Auch wandern kann man direkt vom Haus aus. Der Pool am Haus ist groß und sauber. Aller drei Tage wurde er kontrolliert, gereinigt und der Müll entsorgt. Die das Haus umlaufende Veranda ist groß und durch halbhohe Türen verschließbar, so dass keine kleinen Kinder unbeobachtet heraus oder Tiere herein kommen können. Man kann sie mit elektrischen transparenten Jalousien verschließen, wenn der Wind zu stark ist. Auch das Grundstück ist umzäunt und verschließbar. Wir waren Anfang Oktober bei wunderbarem Spätsommerwetter baden, sonnen und schnorcheln. Es gab von zehn Tagen nur einen etwas windigeren Tag. Im Umkreis von 5-10 km kann man etliches entdecken (Türme, Flamingos, kleine Ortschaften, reichlich Landwirtschaft, Berge, Strand...). Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und äußerst entgegenkommend. Hinzuweisen ist auf etwas straffe Matratzen, die Leuten mit Rückenbeschwerden Probleme bereiten könnten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Man kann das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.*****

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir durften schon früher ins Haus - dieses und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Bekamen alles erklärt, dann waren wir für uns. Genial ist, an allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll mit schönen Dekos ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt sogar einen Gefrierschrank. Für Filterkaffee eigene Utensilien mitbringen. Auf der Veranda, die an 3 Seiten überdacht ist, gibt es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist super groß. Hier wäre für die Liegen eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit nicht schlecht. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Umgebung gigantisch, inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist so ruhig, dass sogar Rehe vorbei kamen. Außer mal ein Vogel, der zwitschert, oder Schäfchenglocken, hört man so gut wie nichts. Absolute Freiheit und Privatsphäre. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Knapp 5 Autominuten entfernt ist ein Dorf mit Supermarkt und gutem Restaurant/Pizzeria. Vielen Dank an Davide, seinen Bruder und Schwägerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbares Haus

Erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhaftem Blick
Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt wunderschön und man genießt einen großartigen Meerblick. Insbesondere die Veranda mit Windschutz ist toll und der Pool sehr großzügig. Zum schönen Sandstrand ist es nicht einmal 1 Kilometer. Die Gegend ist nicht so touristisch wie der Norden der Insel und in den Pfingstferien hat man teilweise menschenleere Strände. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Pool und Aussicht.... für unseren Urlaub nicht geeignet
Der Pool und die Aussicht ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Rest leider nicht. Man muss beachten, dass das 2. Bad nicht um die Ecke außerhalb des Hauses ist, sondern am anderen Ende des Pools. Die Fliesen sind bei Nässe extrem rutschig. Leider kamen wir im Regen mit den Motorrädern an und alles war kalt und feucht. Dafür kann keiner was. Das Haus hat keine Heizung und keine Klimaanlage und war dadurch für uns nicht geeignet (Wetterbedingt). Allerdings ist es dringend nötig, einige Dinge zu reparieren. Der Windschutz lässt sich schwer oder gar nicht bedienen und ist z. T. mit Panzertape geklebt. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist ungepflegt und nicht nutzbar. Für Kinder ist die Umgebung nicht geeignet. Der Grill war verdreckt, sogar Zigarettenkippen lagen drin. Wir sind aus diesen Gründen nach 1 Nacht abgereist. Der Vermieter ist uns hier einigermaßen, wenn auch nicht nach unseren Wünschen, entgegen gekommen.

Wer die Einsamkeit sucht,...
...findet sie hier. Ruhige Unterkunft, abseits des Tourismus. Die Unterkunft bietet einen tollen Ausblick über das Meer und die Landschaft. Besonders beeindruckend ist die große Terasse, die - Dank der Möglichkeit, einen Windschutz herabzulassen - auch bei Wind genutzt werden konnte. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kommuniktion mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleinod inmitten der Natur
Ein wunderschöner Platz inmitten der Naturlandschaft von Sardinien. Alles wie beschrieben, leider waren wir etwas zu früh hier, Fisch Restaurant noch geschlossen, Pool noch sehr kalt 🥶eine Woche später wäre ideal gewesen… Aber in jedem Falle sehr zu empfehlen, wer fernab von Touristen Hochburgen natürlichen Urlaub genießen möchte. Villa sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Pergola mit zu schließenden Folienfenstern genial gegen den doch noch sehr kalten Wind.

Traumhafte Lage, Erholung pur.
Ein wunderbares Haus auf sehr gut gepflegtem Grundstück. Ruhig, für Menschen, die sich erholen wollen und selbstständig sind. Nah zu Stränden. Das zweite Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein. Pool für Kleinkinder und Nichtschwimmer ungeeignet. Ansonsten: Wunderbar!

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Tolle Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Lage. Aufgrund der geräumigen Veranda mit diversen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Hängematten hinter dem Haus und dem super gepflegten Pool waren die hohen Temperaturen auch ohne Klimaanlage kein Problem. WiFi vorhanden. 5 Gehminuten bis zu einer felsigen Bucht, die gut zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln geeignet ist. Nächster empfehlenswerter Sandstrand: Torre de Corsari (mit dem Auto 15 Minuten). Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine etc). Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer und sehr guter Service. Zwei kleine Lebensmittelläden in San Antonio di Santadi, An- und Abfahrt über die einspurige Behelfsbrücke möglich, um die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte und Tankstellen zu erreichen.

Ein Haus zum Entspannen
Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet, um einen wirklich entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Swimmingpool lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Terrasse ist ausserordentlich komfortabel und die Aussicht ist herrlich. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch mit Kindern sehr geeignet.
