"Lovely staff and welcome. Stunning views of grand Bornand. Apartment clean. Well presented. Was unusually hot so would have benefitted this time with air conditioning. Pool and spa excellent. Massage excellent too. Could have done with a mid-week cleaning service (even if for an additional price). Car park excellent.
