Wonderful home with a lot of charm
This was a beautiful, updated home with a nice historic feel. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern, the furnishings were very nice and seemed new, but it still maintained the comfortable feel of a lovely older home. Everything was there to make for a very comfortable stay - including a well equipped coffee station. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch at the end of the day. Well-located near College Ave in a quieter neighborhood. Perfect for our stay.

Adorable Home 30 Minutes From Green Bay
Cute historic home just blacks from both the river and downtown Appleton. We stayed here for a Packers game because it was half the price of staying in Green Bay. Adorable home with 4 bedrooms that were all comfortable. Nice kitchen and the hosts were wonderful. Architecture is so cool. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Overall great house and pictures didn't do it justice. The only thing didn't like was had to put away things and take off sheets of beds. Since im hurry to games. But i would definitely rent if out there again. Neighborhood was lovely..

Cute House
This house brings back old memories of living in a house with a radiator! The only drawback to this house is the upstairs "shower". It's a bathtub with a hand-held shower head. There was no place to put the shower head so you could stand and take a shower. You have to hold the showerhead the entire time. Please note that if you are looking for that 2nd shower. Otherwise the house worked great for our needs. We were there in Feb during different snows and the property manager takes care of shoveling. Easy check-in process and check-out process.

Perfect for our family
We were in town fort my father in law’s celebration of life. This house accommodated our group well. An additional bonus was the similarities of the yellow house had to the house on the edge of Peabody park where my husband grew up.

Charming older home

Good but not great
First thing I would like to say I loved the location, everywhere I went was not far from the rental. Pros: location, cleanliness, comfortable, beautiful backyard, fully equipped house. Cons: strong mold fumes, worn out comforter, price. Due to the fact that when you first enter the house you are greeted by a strong mold smell that is coming from the basement. To me this is a big problem, because this can cause serious health problems. This is the main reason I give it a 3 out of 5 stars.

This is a very good clean house
There is everything here that you would need it is nice and clean and in a very good location. The neighborhood was quiet. The pictures suggest that the rooms are much bigger but they are smaller but still I would stay here again.

Rent this house with a lot of character. We stayed here on trip to Wisconsin. We enjoyed big front porch, also has nice back yard with a fire pit and fire wood is ready! If you have time take the short walk to college Ave many local bars and places to eat. Rent a scooter for $5 for 10 minutes and leave it anywhere, they are easy to find and fun. They have QR code on them which leads to an app. House is really big. Big walk in shower. Big beds even the bunk beds are big. We all slept great. Mark quickly answered the few questions I had. Stay here instead of a hotel. This is more fun and much nicer. Thanks again Mark. We had a great time on our trip!

Perfect for our visit to Appleton
The house was clean, had what we needed, and conveniently located for what we wanted. It is older with a few quirks but very comfortable. The clawfoot tub was great! Easy walk to downtown and Fratellos restaurant on the river. The owner is good about communicating. We appreciated the emergency snacks and coffee supplies. Acoca coffee shop is in walking distance and I highly recommend them. Overall great experience with this property.

Really nice place to stay within walking distance of Appleton, Wi. Plenty of room to enjoy, all updated, and fun to explore because it's an older house. Favorite part was the beautiful, sunny front porch!

Girls Weekend Away
We enjoyed our stay at this cute older home with character! This home was very easy to book, and I could communicate with Mark as much or as little as I needed to. The extra amenities that Mark leaves were great! We got to the house with no real plan for meals or activities. The binder gave us a great place for dinner on Friday night just a couple of blocks away in the downtown area. In the morning there was coffee and a granola bar for the early riser. The beds were comfy and the towels were super soft! We basically stayed at the house all weekend just enjoying the sun shinning through all the windows. The house was clean in all the areas that it counts. The only reason I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness is because when the sun was shining in you could see the little dust bunnies under some of the hard to reach areas. Lets be honest, most of us have those in our homes. I have stayed in several homes with VRBO and I would definitely book this house again and would not hesitate to book a different house of Mark's. It was so much better than a hotel. Thanks Mark!!
