"We stayed here for four nights. The staff were courtesy. They dont speak English as much but they do their best to communicate with you. We brought the breakfast meals and glad we did. It was a good option but after 3 days, it was time to try something else.There are many other eating places around like a 7Eleven and a McDonald's next door. Very convenient and affordable. "Friendly and cosy hotel with good breakfast, and 5mins from Shin Okubo station. Easy to check in and small but comfortable room. Kabukicho can be a bit loud in the early hours of the morning (lots of parties and people on the sesh) but the hotel itself was lovely and great to stay in."

"Had a window that leaked in the cold winter air & also the noise from the neighbouring open area. This area has ALOT of noise pollution (performances, advertising, crowds,godzilla lol) going on till quite late,mostly up until midnight. It would be alot worse in the warmer months compared to winter when I was there."

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

"It’s very convenient location, inside of the terminal. There are many restaurants & stores in the same terminal so that you can walk to all of these places. Also, it’s very quiet and safe."

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."
