"Nice room in an old converted building. Room is very nice except is on upper floor without lift. The owner is very nice, made a pot of tea for me every afternoon. Neighborhood is so so, a lot of renovation going on, with a tatoo studio very near by, a lot of people with tattoo hanging around. But the location is excellent, very near the old town center. It was a little hard to find, the only sign is on this plain looking door with very small words by the street number."

"The hotel was in a great area with lots of options for bars (cafe hopper, patine) and dinning (den artiste brasserie was good). It is around a 20 min walk from the main square (grote market/de kathedraal) and theatreplein (where there is a good market and you can get fresh fruit/vegetables, fresh waffles, croquettes/cava amongst other things). Hotel wasn’t the cleanest (sheets and towels were found stained), bugs in room, safety deposit box and room phone didn’t work - when asked for working...

"The hotel was lovely. We had a great stay. They have a beautiful pool and a lovely woodsy garden area with a walking path. There was also a driving area and putting green. They have apple trees and fresh squeezed apple juice. Our host, Emilie was very sweet and available to our needs. If we ever get back to the area, we would love to stay there. "the toilet is broken, shower is broken, room is cold. The worst thing is, I left the room early when I check out, as they don't have reception, they told me they will send me the invoice by E-mail, But when i came back, i called and E-mail them lots of times but they don't send me the invoice. "
