"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."

"What an awesome stay! Kids are 5 and 3 and they absolutely loved staying up in the lofted beds. The space is small but very functional and looks great. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed the fire pit and eating dinner on the patio. Host was very responsive and accommodating and gave some great recommendations. A really cool experience and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!!"

"Loved our stay! My husband and I came here after planning our wedding and ending his school semester. Such a fantastic place to enjoy doing NOTHING but also so much! We hiked, kayaked, hot tubbed and enjoyed the fire pit at night over looking the water. So peaceful and we will definitely be back!"

"The property was very nice and peacful. If you are looking to get away from the everyday rush in this world, this would be the right spot. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was an incident that was out of everyones control, but the property owners handled it well. Nick and Erika were wonderful hosts. They even brought us some bread pudding from a restaurant they had visited (they did invite us to come along but my hubby and I were pooped). It was a vacation we will not forget....

"I had to rent a property for one week until my house was ready to move in. Russell was terrific. The place was very, very comfortable with a nice outside patio for my older cat. I enjoyed my stay tremendously. All the accoutrements were in place and were more than I expected. "The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"

"Check in did minimal requirement. When we asked for fresh hot water in the lobby we were told it would take too long and we should get it in the room. When I offered to come back later we were told to make it in our room. No other information was given re breakfast, wifi, quiet hours etc. The rest of our stay was lovely. Sad that basic courtesies of customer service once given freely have fallen by the way side."

"It was an ok experience. About what you would expect for a budget over night stay. If you smoke, you have to be over 100 ft away from the building which is absolutely crazy that they dont provide a designated smoking area or list this on their website. Probably would not have selected this hotel if we had known ahead of time. If you want quiet, I definitely wouldn't select poolside as an option. It is very loud. We didnt use the pool, but it seemed really nice with cabanas and towels available....
