Beautiful modern house in the center of Anglet with large garden for 12 people

Large and beautiful detached house of 260 m2 with a large garden of 400m2 completely renovated in 2014.
All the materials used are modern and of good quality in a design and refined style.
The house is very bright and offers very large volumes for each of the rooms.
A large garden with palm trees with a pergola, wooden table and barbecue to make the most of the outdoors.

On the garden level:
- 1 living room / kitchen of 35 m2, overlooking the terrace and the garden: living room furniture from rocher bobois.
- 3 large double bedrooms of 18 and 20 m2 with views of the pretty garden
- 1 modern bathroom with walk-in shower

Designed with 2 independent entrances and an internal staircase connecting the two parts of the house, this configuration makes it easy to receive 2 families or a large group of friends while preserving moments of intimacy for each.
Very nice location of the villa offering immediate proximity to shops and public transport with a direct and free bus line to the beaches of the coast.

Located halfway between the beaches of Anglet, the center of Bayonne, and the center of Biarritz, it also offers a wide range of activities (seaside, sports, cultural, gastronomic, etc.) within a radius of a few kilometers.

Belle découverte du Pays Basque
Location parfaite pour un groupe familiale de 12 personnes. Proche centre-ville et tous commodités. Bus pour aller sur les plages. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Petits bémols : Située sur une avenue passante et un peu bruyante. Pour une grande famille comme la nôtre l'équipement cuisine ( ustensiles vaisselles) serait a compléter.

Grande villa avec beau jardin, bien située a anglet mais necessaire d'etre véhiculé car a environ 3km des plages. Agreable marché le jeudi et dimanche accesible a pied.

Belle maison
Cette maison est une très bonne surprise pour une première réservation sur abritel. Les propriétaires sont charmants, et détendus. La maison est spacieuse, au design moderne, pour une douzaine de personne elle est géniale. Les espaces pour manger sont parfaits surtout la table à l'extérieur avec une bonne exposition dans la soirée. Les chambres sont vastes et jolies, cependant un ajout de miroirs ne serait pas de trop. Les salles d'eau sont assez grandes ce qui est confortable. Pas de problème avec le voisinage, n'hésitez pas à solliciter leur aide en cas de besoin. Je recommande et je reviendrai.

Villa très comfortable et propriétaires en or
Maison moderne, comfortable (même par grandes chaleurs), située à proximité des commerces et transports en commun permettant aux adolescents de se déplacer tous seuls (un grand PLUS). Les propriétaires sont charmants, chaleureux, très disponibles et très réactifs, par exemple lorsque le chauffe-eau est tombé en panne. Deux petits bémols toutefois - la maison donne directement sur une rue passante - il y a donc du bruit dans la journée - et il manque d'éclairage sous la pergola qui est par ailleurs très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Pascale

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. La propriété est très bien située à proximité de la navette gratuite pour la plage ainsi que de commerces. Les propriétaires sont très sympa ! Parfait pour un groupe d'amis

Génial !
Pour un groupe de 10 c'est idéal, surtout que la maison est bien insonorisée donc si les portes et fenêtres sont fermées vous pouvez crier et mettre le volume aussi fort que vous voulez sans déranger le voisinge et les propriétaires sont vraiment sympa (tout comme le voisinage), correct et disponible s'il le faut. De plus, il y a des navettes gratuites pour aller à la plage qui sont très utiles, surtout si vous allez à la plage à partir de 13h. Les seuls point "négatifs" sont la distance jusqu'à la plage (3km minimum) et l’absence de piscine/jacuzzi mais bon pour ce prix là difficile de tout avoir. Donc si vous êtes un groupe, même de jeunes, et que vous voulez loger quelque part pour un prix abordable aller y, vous y serez bien accueillit et le coin est vraiment sympa tout comme les locaux

Super séjour, le beau temps basque était la. Agréable villa à partager entre amis. Recommandations !
La villa se trouve dans une impasse, idéal pour garer les voitures. Le jardin fait le tour de la maison sympas, le terrain n'est cependant pas fermé un poil embêtant si vous avez des animaux ce qui était notre cas. À l'intérieur tout est neuf, et propre une cuisine en bas et une autre en haut les deux frigos sont indispensables. Le mobilier est plus que correct les chambres sont toutes avec fenêtres excepté une petite qui pourrait être arrangé, c'est dans les plans du locataire. Les locataires sont d'ailleurs hyper compréhensif et réactif. Bref une villa qui vous fera sûrement pas regretter votre séjour sur la côte.
