Find yourself amid the treetops in this beautiful, recently constructed custom home. Nestled away in a quiet hilltop neighborhood located just one mile from Alyeska Resort, this contemporary home provides the perfect setting for your Girdwood getaway.

Expansive windows feature unobstructed forest views. Enjoy an open and airy living and dining room with a 65" flat screen TV, and make yourself at home in a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Just off the dining area you’ll find a deck with chairs and a grill. Grab a favorite book, settle in, and let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the forest and nearby Virgin Creek. Enjoy cozy radiant in-floor heat, WiFi, and a laundry room. Bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.

Indulge in the indoor hot sauna and outdoor hot tub!

The bottom level has its own small kitchen (with microwave and sink - no oven), queen bedroom, sauna, and comfortable area with a pullout couch and flat screen TV.

We welcome families! We have a collapsible travel crib and toys.

Other things to note
-Please note that this property is not available to host events unless prior approval (message host), and we allow no more than 14 guests on property at any time. There is an extra fee for events.
-Person making reservation and at least one person staying at the house must be age 25 or older.
-Sleeping arrangements: 9 guests can sleep in beds (2 queens in their own room, 1 queen and 1 twin in one room together, and 1 bunk bed), 2 guests can sleep on a queen air mattress, and 2 guests can sleep on a sofa queen bed in the basement.

Guests may not park RVs or trailers in driveway.

Due to the length and steepness of the driveway, guests should park on the street when snow or ice are present. The driveway is plowed following significant snowfall during the winter season.

There are no review since 2022 because the house was occupied full-time by the owners.
