The Staff were very professional and courtious. Angela the front desk agent was very helpful in helping me come up with a solution to put money on my out of state bank card and she reduced my stress levels and concerns about it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I reserved a king bed room type and when I checked in they did not have that available. Instead got a room with 2 DOUBLE beds… it’s winter in Anchorage AK and window was wide open, AC going too. Took several hours to warm up. Awful odor in the room as well

Loved the unique room layout - bedroom, kitchen/bath, sitting room. Tasty hot breakfast - potatoes, eggs and sausages. Nice coffee. No accessible room available tho. Clean. Comfortable. Toilet leaked in night but they gave me a new room. Most of the staff were nice. Family friendly. Near a big park. Next to Benihana. Walkable area.
