"Nice Place to disconnect, beautiful view of the Amazon river, Nature sounds all day around. Keep in mind that there is jot Cellphone reception due to the Hotel location. you can pay for WiFi approximately $3 to 4 dollars for 6 hours only and you can only use Whatsapp for messaging and audio calls (not video calls)."

"After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. "Great staff. Good breakfast. OK bed. Cold water only. Good AC. Nearly 3km from Leticia, but local bus runs every 20min, and plenty of tuk-tuks passing by. "

"After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. Under conditions that were almost brutal at times, they found ways to allow her to fully participate as part of her group. Not one time that I see the look of impatience or frustration. I guess the best compliment I can give is to say that I would’ve very comfortably placed my own mother‘s care within their hands, and not had one moment of concern. Whoever runs the facility, congratulations. Amazing job."

"The staff was incredibly accommodating as we needed to switch rooms with a festival outside and then they helped us when we returned from the Amazon and needed WiFi before heading to the airport."
