I stayed there 3 nights had to get my room changed at first because tv didn't work it was way to hot to where i had to turn on the ac on and it was cold outside . House keeping would bang on your door before check out times waking u up and the breakfast that was included was crap. No milk for cereal . Orange juice was warm coffee tasted weird . Last morning i was about to make a waffle because thats all they really had it was only 9 am and the lady at the front desk got ignorant with me saying breakfast is closed and im pretty sure when i checked in the guy at the front desk said 10 . It was good for the prices if u needed a place to stay but wasn't a great experience wont be going back

The staff was nice; fast check in/check out. Room was clean. The floor (under the carpet) in areas was lifting so it clicked as you walked on it. Bathtub had black stains.

Nice property clean n ok Good value But won’t take my debit card (Chime) that’s a negative to me not all of us have fancy credit cards we have to use debit cards So if I needed to say couple more days? I’ve been told can’t use debit card even though money is there? That is major issue

Overall our stay was good although I view hotels differently than most. I just use them for sleeping and not to stay in. The main issue we had was over our three day stay housekeeping never entered our room. It was never cleaned and our towels were never removed. Every day we had to get our own new towels from the front desk. As for cleaning we always left by 10am and didn't return until after 9-10pm. This should have been ample time to clean it.

Easy access from major highway. Close to VA hospital, also close to food, shopping and minor league baseball. Easy secure parking and well lit. As with all facilities, there is room for improvement in certain areas. But reasonably priced. Stay there three times.

Not much was liked about it bed was uncomfortable,chair in room needed thrown in dumpster, microwave was rusty inside and smelled terrible ( but was replaced with a different one) fridge was probably the best thing, drain in tub was clogged

There was a cigarette butt in my room from the prior guest - I told the front desk and they did nothing. They blast their political views both in television and directly at you in the lobby. They advertise as pet friendly on Expedia, but when you enter, there's a sign saying no pets allowed.
