"Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon. "

"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️"

"Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. "
