Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon. "

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking.
