"We were sadly only here for one night, but our loft room was SO cool, we actually ended up ditching the large king bed below and slept on the twin beds up top to watch the northern lights through the skylights up there. There were really cute horses on the property too when you enter, which was a huge unexpected bonus! It was close enough to the city for us with our rental car, yet very quiet and peaceful set back right on the water. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is very convenience. Park a little hard if you arrived late. They very care and help you checking smoothly even though you checking late. The owner is very nice and make all guests free mango smoothie and it was delicious. The room is spacious and neat. The bathroom is shared but very clean. You can go other levels to use bathroom if the level that you stay is occupied. "

"This property is located in the heart of walkable Reykjavik and was hosted by a wonderful, English speaking Icelandic woman. Breakfast was served every morning with local Icelandic fare at a community table with other European quests. My only criticism: we were put in the lower level quest room with a side entrance with no instructions on how to find our room. The apartment had all the right amenities supplied in the kitchen - toaster microwave, fridge etc that helped us make dinners rather than go out every night. Comfy bed and secure system to enter the property. Very quick communication from the owner. A pleasant stay. "

"The food was fantastic and very friendly staff. Public transport is limited and the hotel staff didn't have any knowledge about this, taxi to the centre £14 but we managed to work out the bus and the fare was 57p!! use the bus stop opposite the hotel no 5 drops off a few streets away from the Church and pick it back up by Chicken Wings facing East two streets down but the drivers are not friendly sadly..but the buses ran on time.."

"Location is very convenient and all of the staff - Eduardo, Erik, Gurtej we dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The only con was our room facing a building which didn't give us privacy so had to keep our shades pulled. The shower could have been designed better as water gets out and is also really small for an average built person."
