We do have a Pack-n-Play crib, and high chair available for families with little ones.

Other Things to Note:
- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in whichever is sooner.
- Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $8,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $8,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
- There is a Hot Tub heating fee of $100 per stay if you would like to use the Tub.
- The outdoor grill is available for use. Please be sure to turn off propane, clean and cover after use.
- No USPS mail to be delivered to the house
- The trash bins should be taken out to the street curb on Monday night, as trash pickup by the city is scheduled for Tuesday.
House Rules:
• Guests must verify within 24hrs, live 50+ miles away, and be 25+ to book. No parties, smoking, or illegal substance use on the property.
• Please no shoes inside the house. Guests will be provided with slippers for inside and outside the house on the property
• Pets are allowed, maximum of 2 with 25lbs weight or under.
• Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
• No smoking of cannabis or tobacco, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property
• No parties or events.
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• The occupancy limit is 12 people.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require a security deposit.
• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
NOTE: The home is equipped with security cameras at back door, front door (ring) and driveway.
Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
Hot Tub Rules
- Swim at your own risk there is No life Guard
- Pool/Hot tub: No drinks, fluids, or food while in the pool or the hot tub. If drinks/fluids/food fall in the pool/hot tub, it contaminates the water.
- Children MUST be accompanied by an adult in the pool area AT ALL TIMES. Please be vigilant with the whereabouts of your children at all times.
- No alcohol, tobacco or drugs allowed in the pool area.
- No Diving
- Guest must check pool water level to ensure water level is halfway up the Skimmer. If water is low Guest must call Host.
- No confetti of any type allowed in our home. This causes issues with the pool and hot tub and could cause them to not work for your stay.
- No drinks in the pool or hot tub. If drinks are spilt in the pool or hot tub, it will cause the pool or hot tub chemical levels to drop or rise to unsafe levels. An additional fee will be incurred If the water is to be changed for this issue.
- Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.
