"South Addition/ Cedar Alley was the perfect cozy cottage for my skit trip! The hosts offered my choice of breakfast items, including bread, peanut butter, K cups, milk and coffee creamer. They gave a little tour when I got there, and were so friendly and welcoming! The jet bathtub was also a nice bonus. The location is within 5 minutes of downtown and is plenty quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Anchorage! "

"My wife and I came down from the valley to get away to the Alyeska Nordic Spa. I wanted something outside of Alyeska and found the Carriage house to be the perfect place! It was perfect to include the added hot tub. The house rules were clear and easily explained. The heated floors were a really nice touch as well. "We had a nice stay overnight. The cabin is nicely updated and had warm heaters in both bedrooms keeping it as cozy as you wanted it. The short walk to the inlet bay to see the sunrise was amazing! Highly recommend getting up early to view it. Thanks for the complimentary coffee/hot cocoa and tea in the cupboard!"

"It’s a cute cabin with all of the basics that you need. A light on the twin side of the living room would be great. The main bed is basically a trampoline and also very creaky. The kitchen is nice though! We did have an issue with the driveway not being plowed so we had to park in the middle of the road and hike through a foot of snow to get to the door. The host did make it right after I reached out, but we had very cold feet for a while, as we weren’t prepared to walk in that much snow....

"The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it."
