"The hotel had a weird smell which they tried so hard to cover with air freshener, and it made it even worse. The hotel is on a main road. Good luck trying to sleep with all the vehicles engines noises and cars honking. Electricity stopped at 7 am in our and four other rooms. Until 11 am they didn't even have the courtesy to offer us a replacement room. I had to check out early because I couldn't handle it anymore. Sleeping in my car would've been a more pleasant experience than this. Would...

"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. "This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."
