Wonderful resort and the most amazing friendly staff. For an all inclusive you were made to feel like a special guest nothing was a problem. Selection of restaurants was very good as was the main dining buffet, bars everywhere and no pressure to tip. Room was splendid cleaned every day, great bedding. The property was beautiful and we were in one of the renovated rooms which were very nice. This resort is relaxing and quiet. No issues getting lounge chairs at any time of the day. The only bad point is that the food at the buffet was terrible, we have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was the worst food we have had. We do not have high expectations for food at all-inclusive resorts but this did not even meet our low expectations. This resort was a bit pricier than others so we thought the food would be better.

Exceeded our expectations! Great staff, great layout of resort, beautiful beach. Enjoyed the restaurants on resort, great nightly entertainment with live music each night. Only thing that could be improved would be better access to lounge chairs, too many people hording chairs at 6am, then leaving them empty all day.
