"Windows are not sound proof and there was an ongoing construction in the night. Also the restaurant on 1F is clearly trying to rip people off, tiny bit of food and costs 8000yen dinner. If I didn’t have the 5000yen one off coupon I wouldn’t have dined there. Room is particularly small and without bathtub. Comparing to Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku, though the price is almost the same but this hotel is clearly a downgrade."

"The strict 4.00pm check in is a pain. The compact room is comfortable and works well. I had a single room that was very comfortable. The area is excellent. Good massage places to relive tired bodies, excellent wine shop close by, great food area. Happy traveller. "
