"We had a very nice stay at this place - just one night. It was a bit of a challenge finding it - and some locals helped us when the owner couldn't be there. But other than that we had a very good stay here. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Right in the heart of the old city."

"This property was smaller than expected on the website. The bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom door only locked from the outside, the mirror was on the outside, it smelled like urine and the shower was small. The beds were uncomfortable. There were huge roaches in the living room. They only provided one fan and it was a sauna in there. We open the windows to let for the breeze but couldn’t sleep because it’s so loud outside. Cats and dogs fighting all through the night. Terrible experience....

"From the beginning our stay in Chefchaouen was perfect. They met us and helped us park. They carried some of our bags to our location since we had our grandson. The house is in the heart of the old quarters with the most perfect view from the upper terrace. The hosts have a heart of gold. We only wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Nous sommes arrivés en avance et le propriétaire a accepté de nous laisser entrer car le logement était prêt, c'est très appréciable. Le logement est géré par l'hôtel Tarek qui est adjacent, ce qui apporte une touche de professionnalisme considérable. "The apt is no longer a short term rental, and it was very difficult for us to even locate it. When we finally did locate the owner, after a couple hours of asking around, he was gracious and provided us with similar housing through a friend, free of charge for us. However, the advertised house is no longer being rented out through VRBO."

"None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay"

"This is a solid riad in the beautiful city of Chefchouen and a great value imo. 2 nights cost approximately $150 and includes a substantial breakfast. The building is beautiful w/ an amazing interior and friendly staff. However, we didn't have any towels upon arrival & only 1 roll of toilet paper. In addition, we were stationed on the 1st floor where we heard everyone coming and going throughout the night and morning and all of the loud noises from the street. Those were the only drawbacks imo."

Slice of Heaven

"I am in love!!! We spent 6 nights in Morocco and my only regret is that I didn't book this slice of heaven for more than one night. What a GORGEOUS place!! We were wowed! Such a beautiful view of the town, gorgeous pool area, immaculate rooms, wonderful staff. We especially loved the variety of food they had on their menu. We had lunch and dinner here and loved all of our meals. I highly recommend this gem."
