"The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. "

"This was a well appointed house and yard. There were a few issues that caused me to lower the score. The bed slats were broken causing a very saggy bed and made sleep impossible in the primary bedroom. There were no hairdryers, if they weren’t provided a heads up would have been appreciated. The TV in the den was impossible to turn on, perhaps instructions would have helped. Finally, although Monday of the property, the neighbors were very grumpy! "Home is beautiful in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Plenty of room for our 8 adult family members; we never felt crowded or underfoot of one another. Great location to grocery, gas, shopping and casino. Too cool for pool, but the home games were a perk. "
