"Really unprofessional front office. Cleared bill in morning and asked to keep invoice ready by evening. As expected it was not ready. Made a lot of issue in accepting to give invoice with my GST number. Justification is its online booking. But payment is direct. First time i faced this issue. Also to mention intercom was not working and i had to call to hotels land line from mobile for any service."

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

"Even though hotels.com claimed and assured booking is confirmed, the hotel didn’t have any information on booking. I had to spend 45 mins with hotels.com customer service and the property manager to sort the issue but to no avail. Horrible experience. "
