We had a bad experience during our stay. They assigned us a room. When we entered, we noticed that there was no microwave. We had to leave the room and go to another building far away to be able to heat the chocolate. The mattress was like a hammock. The air conditioner turned on and off all night interrupted my sleep. There was no hot water in the shower, only lukewarm water. I asked to change rooms, and the answer was that it was impossible, because the reservation was made through a third party. In my other experiences, I have made changes without a problem.
