Fully Furnished Oceanside 2nd floor Home on Gated Family property right on the beach. King Beds, Designer Linens, New ACs with remote control for rooms, Veranda overlooking Ocean with 4 hammocks, chairs and tables for Ocean Gazing/Whale watching. Back Covered Patio with BarBQ (gas or charcoal). Full Kitchen, 2 private stairway entrances, Out Door Shower, Private Stairwell to Beach, Surfing, Fishing, Snorkeling out front. Tide Pools for kids. 45 Coco Palms on property. Undeveloped Wild Beach for 1 mile so you can find your own pocket beach. Manatees, Dolphins are sighted. Walk to nearby eateries. Day Trips to Light Houses, Waterfalls, Mountains and Caves. We need to mention again, downstairs is a separate apartment and we respect their privacy and desire for little to no noise as they will do the same in return.

The beach is breathtaking. The rental has kayaks, paddle boarding, and snorkeling gear. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great restaurants in nearby Rincon, a 10 minute drive.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We loved staying in Bryan's house on the beach. We really enjoyed the access to the beach and taking long walks in the morning. It was also a great launching pad to go and explore the beautiful area. Bryan is a great guy and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed and the washer and dryer were great to have too. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable house with a great view of the ocean, and chill neighbors.

Amazing view.
Stayed here the end of March. Sitting on the second story balcony provides a great view of the ocean between some palm trees. That alone is what made the place for me. Access to the beach provides sunsets over a small island. Surf is good. Beach is nice. Location is near local attractions and restaurants. Bakery down the road has the best doughnuts anywhere. Neighborhood seems safe with friendly people. A/C works great. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. The property is well used but comfortable and did I mention right on the ocean.

Quiet Paradise on Waves
Dream location on pristine uncrowded beach. Clean comfortable house well supplied with spacious front and back decks. Stroll down beach to snorkel, swim, great restaurants. Nice neighbors, but much privacy. Brian supplied fresh fruits and fun suggestions. Eugene next store prepared and shared coconuts. Bed was comfortable, A/C when needed but sea breezes kept us mostly cool. Just 10 minutes from Rincón, but so much more peaceful.

We will be back!!
Location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive to Rincon and Aguada. The rental home has everything you could need. Even things we weren’t expecting like boogie boards, puzzles, all the cooking equipment you could need. It is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The host, Bryan, is easy to reach and a great source of information. We will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular stay in paradise
Bryan's beach house exceeded every expectation. It's in very good shape, well-designed and stocked with all the ocean toys, chairs and cooking equipment you'll need. Bryan is a very thoughtful and knowledgable host, and even stayed in touch while he was traveling to help us find our way as new travelers to Puerto Rico. The property's caretaker brought us fresh coconuts and eggs from the hens. You'll fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves and wake to the sound of a rooster. The beach is 50 feet in front of the house with no obstructions, and then there is more than a mile of pristine beach to the west with no other structures and almost no people. It's exactly what we wanted to have a private place of our own off the beaten path, while still being a 10-minute drive from nearby towns, restaurants and dive shops.

Relaxing Beach House
I had a great time at this beach house. Hearing the sound of the waves is amazing and great for sleep! Bryan was quick to respond and check-in / check-out was easy. The area is quiet and I enjoyed walks on what feels like a private beach. Neighbors even left me a coconut! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 30th Anniversary vacation!

First time on the west side!
This was our 1st time on the West side and the location was everything! we really enjoyed the area- we loved being right on the beach and hearing the waves at night! The sunsets were gorgeous so were the sun rises! we will definitely be visiting the West side over the East Side next time we visit Puerto Rico! The property was the perfect size and well situated! My only complaint would be that the mattresses were too tough for me, and the couches have seen better days- but what else can you expect next to the ocean! Also just as a heads up the stairs to the beach are steep and were slippery, so juat something to keep in mind! But the beach was EVERYTHING ❤️

A week in Aguadilla
Great experience. Good communication with owners. Peaceful location. Loved the private beach. Eugene the gardener seemed to go out of his way to ensure we had a great experience, including: travel tips, dining tips, taught us how to get coconut water straight from the coconut, also shared guava and mango straight from his trees. Great experience! Would definitely return!

The view was amazing! Every morning we woke up and had coffee and sat looking at the quietest beach I’ve ever been on. The hosts were great, gave destination and restaurant suggestions and were available when anything came up. The neighbor brought over fresh coconut and passion fruit from the farm. Overall the stay was great. We did have a few days without water but the hosts and the neighbor helped get us back up and going.

My two teenage kids and I stayed at the property for five(5) days. The property managers were attentive and provided great instructions. The view from the balcony was our favorite part. The AC units work well and cool the home fast. We explored the island so were there mostly at night. The beach out front was quiet and nearly like a private beach. We enjoyed our stay.
