「Unterkunftbetreiber arbeitet angeblich seit drei Jahren nicht mehr mit Xpedia. Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer welches wir gebucht haben belegt ist. Der Nette Betreiber fand für uns ein kleines Apartment bis der Fall geklärt ist. In dem Apartment riecht es sehr streng nach Kanalisation, auf dem Foto ist ein totalfreistehendes gebäude, in Wirklichkeit ist alles sehr eng bebaut und um die Unterkunft Baustellen. 「Leider waren keine Teller, Besteck und Töpfe vorhanden. Schade wenn man ein Apartment mit Küche mietet. Zu wenig Haken für Handtücher. Und leider kein deutsches Fernsehen. 」

「Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. 」

「Nicely looking hotel in a nice location a little tricky to drive to and from in very narrow streets with only room for one car a lot of the way. Friendly receptionist although fairly slow check-in and not there to open the gate one evening to get the car in. Extremely crowded parking space with cars blocking each other at times. 「This holiday rental is unique: beautiful sea view, quiet location, large, clean, comfortable, large swimming pool with warm sea water, direct access to the sea. The owner lives below the residence, is very friendly and does not show himself, respects privacy. For less mobile people, the stairs to the pool might pose a problem. We recommend this stay without any hesitation!」
