The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"Ascott is an excellent hotel, very clean, and accommodations are like new. There is limited food availability, only offering breakfast and lunch. No room service.
