"Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

"+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. "Beautiful castle like hotel with excellent staff . Excellent scenery and excellent food. The only thing bad is the journey to the hotel is horrifying especially in the evening. It is not easy to find the place."

"Great little property. Staff is really nice. I mean really nice. Pool was decent. Location is a little secluded and quiet, but you can get to town in less than 10 mins in car. Don't use tuk tuks. It's challenge for them to climb the hills. Not a new facility but its maintained pretty well."
