"I was kindly placed in room 323.I booked a pool side room which was not given. My wife was just happy to be at the Patong Paragon so room 323 was nice. The staff were fantastic and beautiful however some of the guests were rude and inconsiderate to staff which was distressing. I wish all the staff at the Paragon the best. "

"Ww absolutely loved our stay at Splash Beach Resort. I do not understand some of the poor reviews! The staff are extremely helpful and caring, accomodation was fantastic. Everywhere was super clean. Resort is huge and the they provide a great shuttle service from rooms to pool/beach/restaurants. We ate at the resort a few times and food always tasty. Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning...

"Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. "We had an incredible stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night before we flew home but wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, the room was stunning and we were even upgraded to a pool room. The food was good but the beach was the absolute highlight for us.
