"Amazing hotel. Hot springs is the main feature. The hotel also provides a comfortable resting room if you don't want to stay in your room all the time. There are complimentary drinks and ice cream. There is also complimentary Ramen supper in the evening. We didn't eat the breakfast because we aren't breakfast people but from what we saw, it's a substantial Japanses breakfast offering. "

"I usually don't review hotels but Nishitetsu Hotel Croom exceeded my expectations. The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people.
