"We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back! "

"Wonderful hotel close to the entrance to the alpine route. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Beds are very comfortable and have soft and hard pillows available on the bed. Onsen is clean and offers both indoor and outdoor option. Customer service is excellent. Front desk is efficient , courteous and helpful. Food at restaurant is excellent. "Great hotel with great facilities. Free shuttles available to and from the slopes. Individual locker’s provided if you are bringing your own snowboards/skis. Drying room you can use. Self laundry/dryer facilities available to use. Onsen free to use after each day on the slope. We also booked a massage with Lily for last night and she was fantastic together with an aromatherapy treatment. They also provide Yamato Black cat service from the hotel so I can send your bulky snowbag straight to the...
