Nice and very accommodating office staff (thank you for holding our luggage on check out day so we had time to site see) and quiet but good space also for a rainy day. "We absolutely loved our month long stay in the ground floor property at Horizon Apartments, Randwick. On arrival the property was much more spacious than we were expecting and we had a huge patio and lawn with areas of sunshine and shade all day. The property was spotless and well equipped. "The lack of clear communication astounds me. I got to the day of the check in and had not received any details and when I called they wouldn’t respond. I had to call from another number for them to call me back. They blamed me when they hadn’t received the bond even though I had sent proof from my bank saying it had been transferred. When they finally “did receive” the bond they didn’t apologise for the chaos they put me through. They company they rent through was just as useless as they are....
