"We stayed here in 2021 for our 10th anniversary and came back this year for our anniversary again and got a balcony room. Unfortunately, the balcony was closed due to repair work being done and that was pretty disappointing. The internet was also not very good, and I had to use my phone's mobile hotspot to get connected most of the time. We still had a great trip, and we will be back because we love the resort, so hopefully next time those fixes have been completed."

"I just returned home from a 5-night stay at the Hilton Vacation Club, The Modern Honolulu and it was amazing! The property is clean, modern, and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. I loved that there are free daily activities, like lei making and hula classes! The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Waikiki Beach, and a 10-minute walk from the Ala Moana Center, so it's in a good location overall. I would definitely stay here again!"

"the staff were incredible! the area was vibrant and alive. the valet would get clogged every now just by the sheer volume of people staying at the hotel, but it was always cleared up within minutes. "

"For the price of this hotel, you really can’t go wrong! Our room had modern finishes and was very clean. The hotel also provides items (towels, speaker, toys, etc.) to take to the beach with you as well for no additional cost, which is a bonus! The pool area was clean as well and had a funky color scheme which added to the paradise vibes! No complaints about this hotel. "
