"Amazing hotel and staff. "

"Hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. Areas around the hotel were clean and area felt very safe. Close to the train station and bus stops, with taxis awaiting at all times on the forecourt. Breakfast was of good quality and a wide range of options. Did get very busy, even though a booking system was in place. "

"Great hotel, walking distance from all the attractions but without being in the hustle and bustle. The bed was amazing. The room was lovely with a good view and not too small. I didn't get to try the sky bar or the indoor pool unfortunately. The breakfast was great and we tried the brown cheese which is a local delicacy. All the staff were very helpful and friendly "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Mayfair! I had previously requested we had balloons in the room on arrival, when we got there there was balloons, a card and some Prosecco, made our trip so special. The hotel is within walking distance to Tivoli and the train station and Metro into town but it’s also not a far walk from town if you choose to do that instead. "Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."
