The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to the Rijksmuseum and van Gogh museum in minutes, and only 15min walk to the main shopping street. But the hotel itself is not a 4* hotel. No amenities in the rooms except tea and coffee making, the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. I asked for some basic toiletries and they don't have any except the soap already in the rooms.
