"It was a great stay. However, you can hear the planes taking off even with the double glazed windows. The water used is hot spring water and there is a water tax. I did not mind it as I enjoyed the stay. "

The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. "Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade. The staff is very pleasant and courteous but my not knowing Japanese did create some communication...
