"The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and in such a unique location. Each bungalow really transports you to a secluded little world in the jungle. The forest on the property was breath taking. A wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, happy to help with all of our questions, and easily set up off-site activities (ziplining, rafting) and transportation to La Fortuna for dinner/shopping."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this awesome hotel at the base of Volcano Arenal. Our check in was super easy and the office staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, Jose, provided conversation and incredible drinks. Our hotel room was clean, food was good. Views and hot springs were perfect. We would love to stay here again."

"Wonderful experience. The rooms are all along a steep hill and have great views. We were given Room 28 Premium King bed which is close to the top of the hill and the views were stunning. The hotel has a number of golf carts and someone can take you up there if you need help. The grounds are beautiful and there are trails behind the property which lead to the Aguti reserve to which the hotel provides free admission. The staff and service was excellent as was the hotel restaurant, El Sapo. ...

"We thought the property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The dogs and cats were super nice and loving as well. The ambience was truly wonderful. It was a bit difficult to find staff at times and we never found the pool- but we were gone during the day and the darkness sets in around 6 pm. Overall it was a very cool place to stay and everyone was very friendly. "
