「The property is a heritage building restored to perfection. The location is excellent, in the middle of old San Juan. The restaurant was excellent. There is smallish rooftop pool with a separate Jacuzzi. The pool side serves free coffee and hot water in the mornings and wine and cheese in the afternoons. The property itself is gorgeous and restored to perfection. Would love to come back and stay again. 」

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「Nice hotel, great location at the entrance of Old San Juan. Clean and pretty. Staff is not the friendliest. They don't have a concierge but when asked to help with information about tours throughout the island, not very helpful at all. The reply was too look on the internet. Walls are thin so one can hear a lot of noises. Cocktails on the rooftop are underwhelming and they have weird rules about clothing or lack thereof in the pool area. 」
