「Nice simple room with great beds and sheets and covers. Didn’t hear anything inside of room. Tv was above average in size. Bathroom and shower were unique and oversized shower was a nice touch. Thank you for your hospitality at check in and valet,」

「The place was beautiful and centrally located between Fredericksburg and San Marcos. We love our room, the staff were very friendly and the wine was really good! Perfect for a romantic getaway. Other than the highway noise this was a perfect location for entertainment and relaxation. 」

「Property was just as described. Very clean, cozy room (suite 12), nice staff and located just a little bit away from Main Street and all the dining, shopping, etc. Walkable to anything you need. The property does not have food/drinks onsite, but within a 5 minute walk to plenty of options. Definitely will go back. 」

「We really enjoyed the beautiful property of Rose Hill Retreat, inside and out. Our Sunrise Suite upstairs was huge and very clean. Walk-in close, large bathroom had two sinks, and private toilet. There was a private sunroom with microwave and small refrigerator. The sunroom opened up into a shared patio which was the length of the building facing a beautiful frontyard with a long drive way down to the road.
