"Gio at the front desk gave great recommendations and very friendly. Wasn't expecting our room cleaned on night 2 because he said it's every 3rd day but, let them know if we need anything, so that was a pleasant surprise. We just needed a place to crash on a quick weekend girl's trip and this place exceeded expectations! Breakfast was okay but they try hard! Good location for exploring the keys and lots of shopping and dining options near by "

"Nice hotel in a great location "

"We stayed in the Lester Collins suite with stairs to an upper floor bedroom and a balcony off the main room which was very nice. We had extra beds in the main room as travelling as a family of 4, with two teenagers. The pool is standard with a concrete area and not heated so a bit cold in February. We also used the gym in the hotel complex, which was large with plenty of equipment. Miami Lakes immediate area was really nice; a family area which is very quiet. Overall we enjoyed our time here...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverside. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. Staying post cruise, we were able to check in early with no issues. The area is beautiful, walkable and contains many wonderful restaurants. Highly recommended."

"This was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean with more amenities than expected. The airport shuttle was quick and free. "

"The shuttle transportation from the airport was great. But the advertised shuttle transportation to the cruise port was just a kiosk that called a third-party transportation service. The kiosk itself, was nice. However the charge for two people was about $30. An uber to the cruise port (about 2 miles away) was about $10... probably need to rethink that service somehow. Otherwise, nice stay! "

"Location was great. Big shopping plaza across the street. Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Room/ bathroom were clean. King Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Free continental breakfast was delicious! There is a whole breakfast menu with eggs, tater tots, sausage, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, and much more. Would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. "
