The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I don't really like the machine-check in they've switched to. There are Front Desk staff standing right there watching me check in on the machine--it's very impersonal and probably a little less efficient because I didn't know the process clearly. "The hotel is in a prime locaiton. It is very close to Morioka Station, just 4 min walk via subway. It is walkable to all important sightseeing location in the city centre. Staff has kept the hotel very clean."
