I enjoyed my stay, but ultimately, I settled on a lower rating because of the hotel's popularity on social media and the unpleasant experience caused by other guests, particularly in the onsen. "The property and staff was excellent, very clean beautiful hotel. The location was nice and quiet, there was a bit of walking if you want to get to the main food area but out of the hustle bustle. The only real negative of this hotel is their laundry facility. The clothes take so long to dry. I dried my clothes for 3 hours and spent a lot of money on this however the clothes did not get close to drying. I had to take it to the laundry mat the next morning.
