The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people. "Very nice staff. Easy access especially with suitcases. A lot off different pillows available. Room clean and similar to the photos. Area a bit noisy could heat the outside through the closed window. I could hear someone's snoring from my room in the evening. It's wasn't loud tough. Smoke smell in the elevator. "
