It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. "Loved this hotel since it’s very close to few stations to get around with Yamanote line. It is few minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, 7/11 and across the hotel is a small supermarket. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. Laundry is available but minimal units available. Make sure to do your laundry in the morning or afternoon so its not busy. "
