"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "My bf and I were visiting Osaka for 4 days and we picked the Apa hotel - Midosuji Honmachi-Eki Tower mostly because it was within the average price per night, super close to the metro station, to the shopping area Shinsaibashi and Namba - Dotonbori. The rooms are tiny but clean and nice, have storage under the bed for the luggage. The hotel has spa, massage and restaurant which are a little pricy. Laundry machines - coin paid.
