"Nice hotel. Good location. Clean but shower was a little grimey at the bottom. Oddly when I asked for help with bringing my luggage down to the lobby they said no - very odd and unhelpful. The staff were nice and attentive. the largest downside, however was the long waits to use the few elevators available in the building, and inability to use the stairs as they are for fire escape only.
