"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Well located downtown and on the lakefront. Clean and friendly service. No air conditioning in room and common areas. Good breakfast. No coffee/ tea service or refrigerator in room. Safe box in room didn't work, and not secured to closet."
