"The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "

"The hotel room was functional, but the walls paper thin. It was self service, but that seems to be the norm for budget hotels in Japan these days. The door seemed like it was made of cardboard, and the walls paper thin, including the exterior wall. Could hear people talking in the parking lot as if they were standing beside you, and I was on the 4th floor. Could hear the wind outside, and worst of all the traffic. Make sure to bring earplugs if you want to get any sleep."

"Great location and very easy self-checkin and checkout process. Free welcome beverages and cakes are offered in the lobby on the 10th floor. Daily housekeeping service is at your discretion and even if you request no service, they'll leave a care package with fresh towels and toiletries outside your door! The beds are serviceable.
