"The service at this Super Hotel was good and much better than the previous Super Hotel we stayed at. Thanks to the staff for all there effort. There is a carbonated spring in the hotel. This is not a bad place to stay. However, there are a couple of improvement points: firstly the breakfast is essentially the same every day and is kind of not so nice - most of the actual dishes seem to be heavily processed and are not appetising at all and there is no normal bread only danish pastries....

Room was a reasonable size by Tokyo standards and bed being elevated off the ground meant we could store our suitcases underneath to free up floor space. Toilet being separate from the shower was handy. Location was good - quick, easy walk (even with suitcases) to train station. "The breakfast was great, and the facility had a great sauna. The room condition is old but pretty clean. The only big uncomfortable thing was that when I checked in, some of the staff women who spoke English didn't help or explain at all. She pointed at the check-in machine even though they had an information sheet about the hotel. She didn't tell me, looked angry, and made me uncomfortable, but I saw her smiling at a Japanese guest by that time. However, other staff members are pretty kind and...
