I travelled with my 80 years old mother and she had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom so we had to cancel the reservation and moved to another hotel. the staff there was so helpful and tried very hard to find us a place to stay in town with a bigger bathroom. "I always love staying at a Dormy Inn! This location had the bath and other services like late night udon, after bath snacks and a manga library. Rooms are very spacious and come with a welcome gift in the fridge. The location is great since it's a nice walk to Hirome Market and other shops. Only minor inconvenience was parking - it just took longer to access the car (instead of a lot, the car is stored in a vertical parking garage). Would highly recommend staying here if you're in Kochi :) "
